Terms of Service

Last updated June 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of the ContractFlow platform. By creating an account you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ContractFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts and roles

You may use the platform as a client, talent, or, where authorised, an administrator.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Projects and proposals

Clients may post projects and invite talent. Talent may submit proposals describing scope, price, and timeline.

All posted content must be accurate and must not misrepresent the work, budget, or parties involved.

4. Contracts and milestones

A contract sets out the agreed scope, deliverables, milestones, and revision policy between a client and talent.

Milestones may be funded into escrow and released upon approval in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Payments and escrow

Funds held in escrow remain allocated to the relevant milestone until released, refunded, or otherwise resolved.

A platform fee applies to released milestones as described on the pricing page.

6. Withdrawals

Talent may withdraw available balances to verified payout methods, subject to review and applicable processing times and fees.

7. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute tied to a contract or milestone. Disputes are resolved based on submitted evidence.

Administrators may request evidence, propose resolutions, and issue full or partial releases or refunds.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to circumvent fees, or to harass other members.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
